Vendor Forms

High Noon 2012 is looking for exciting and relevant vendors to showcase their products and services to an estimated

200 women at the third annual event.   This is a women only event - therefore only women vendors are welcome  :)  !

• Vendor fess are $50

• Vendors fees are due by October 1st, 2012  -------

• Late Vendor fees after October 1st is $65.00 - No Vendor fee's excepted after October 19th 

• Vendors are asked to arrive 1hour before event

• Vendors are asked to stay until the event is over

• Vendors are welcome to take part in the event

• Vendor is responsible for table decor, table covering, trash cans

• Vendors are asked to donate at least one item to the event (not mandatory but requested)
